To login to the Customer Service Page, you must have cookies enabled


If you are using Netscape 4.0 or greater, follow these steps to enable cookies:

  1. Click on 'Edit'
  2. In the drop down menu click on 'Preferences'
  3. In the left hand area of the dialog box that appears click on 'Advanced'
  4. In the right hand area of the screen 'check' the box for "Accept all Cookies" or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server"
  5. If you want to be warned when a cookie is being placed on your computer, check the box that says "Warn me before accepting a cookie"
  6. Click 'OK' and you are done!
If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or greater, follow these steps to enable cookies:

  1. Click on 'Tools'
  2. In the drop down menu click on 'Internet Options'
  3. In the dialog box that appears at the top of the box click on the "Advanced" tab
  4. Use the scroll bar on the side of this box to scroll down to "Cookies"
  5. In the right hand area of the screen 'check' the box for "Accept all Cookies" or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server"
  6. Click 'OK' and you're done!
